I recently had my Ford Expedition serviced at Akin Ford. I have to say my experience there was top notch. My service representative was Josh Moore. He immediately came up to me when I pulled up and helped get me checked in. He was super helpful and very polite. Josh made me feel as if I was the only customer he had that day, I felt like a VIP customer. I could tell he was super busy, but that didn’t stop him from making sure I was well taken care of and made sure all the things I needed done were addressed and then some. I felt he went over and beyond his actual duties. He also made sure my service was fine in a timely matter. I was in and out in less time than I expected. I will definitely be asking for Josh each time I come in. Thank you for not making my experience seem like a “chore” that I had to do!
